Vacation?
Hi, http://www.coffeetimeromance.com/BookReviews/AnotherCaveCreekCowboy.html has posted a review for the following book: ANOTHER CAVE CREEK COWBOY BRIT BLAISE ISBN# 1-59279-392-4 JUNE 25 2005 Amber Quill Press, LLC www.amberquill.com E-Book $3.00 47 Pages Short Contemporary Ratings: 4 cups Alicia Moore, who is nationally ranked in barrel racing for women, is hot for Brett Coleman. For the last ten years, she has been in love with him. One night Alicia decides to show Brett she is not a little girl anymore and challenges him to a night of hot, wild sex. The next morning Alicia runs when Ridge, who is best friends with Brett, finds them in bed together. Ridge knows a secret about Alicia, and she is afraid that Brett will find out and not want her anymore. Brett Coleman, a tall, dark and handsome cowboy, has always thought of Alicia as his kid sister, but in one night that changes. He finds out that being her surrogate brother is the last thing he wants to be. After a night of wild and passionate lovemaking, Alicia takes off and avoids Brett leaving him wondering what has happened. They meet up again at the rodeo in Las Vegas where they are both competing, and everything comes to a head. Brett and Alicia endure misunderstandings but come to learn that no matter how a situation looks, if you love someone you need to trust them. They see that sometimes you need to have blind faith in the person you love. Brit Blaise has done a fantastic job of writing her second book in the Cave Creek Cowboys series. This story is a sexual firecracker. Just when I thought everything was resolved, a new twist was added to the story. I loved how the author kept surprising me, and I look forward to reading more from her. Candy Cay Reviewer for Karen Find Out About New Books Reviewer for Coffee Time Romance Sincerely, Candy Cay |

Good day at the ranch

It's been so long since we have had a really good day, I kept waiting for the next shoe to drop. After our weekend disaster without air conditioning I was beginning to wonder who put the jinx on me. But yesterday, I returned my edits on Cave Creek Cowboy-Too Many Brides in a single day! Two more books on the fast track to publication. Plus I really love Too Many Brides. My hero wakes up in bed with six naked women and discovers he's married to one of them. He doesn't know who, and they're not telling.
The meeting at Valley of the Sun Romance writers was excellent last night. It was good to see everyone after so long being away. Jennifer Ashley, who spoke to us, is a class act, informative and fun. Her topic was ebooks verses print publication.
Then when I got home, I learned the realtor thinks we should ask a higher figure for our house than we thought. I'll hate leaving here, so more money will help ease the sting. However, it's just too dangerous for the little ones. Payton goes on rattlesnake hunts daily and as some of you know, they aren't that hard to find. Having one in my bedroom in the middle of the night is proof positive. Last weekend we found a Gila monster. Payton petted it. If that's not enough to convince me to go... That's the pic above...

What a weekend!
Living out in the middle of nowhere, definitely has its drawbacks. Our air conditioning quit working on Friday night and it was hotter than the Devil’s kiss in here. Plus no one would come clear out here to service it. My true life hero came to the rescue! My husband fixed it! Amazing what that man can do!
To show my appreciation, I went with the girls to toy party on Saturday night. All the money we save on a repair bill went to a better cause…
Much better!
